It’s not as good as a Si, but they did have a LSD. It for sure handle an auto-x & track better then the Juke ever will.
Decent power, decent torque (for a N/A inline 4). They don’t carry the insurance premiums that the Si has.
Maybe I'm realizing what I want I cannot afford as easily, so I dialing it back some. L asty it would not flip as easily with 200tw tires.

I mean it’s probably quicker, safer, more reliable, more comfortable, and more practical, but it’s no b13.

Clean B13s up here are difficult to find for a reasonable price. Cheap ones are all rust. One guy auto-x has one & it does very good.
I happen to catch it at right moment.

“ It for sure handle an auto-x & track better then the Juke ever will.”
But it won’t look half as good doing it.

It won’t look as good for sure , but I’ve had it 2 wheels coming off curbs. Doing that at speed in a top heavy vehicle is not a card game I like playing. It’s pretty annoying being one tire fire in every corner. I can also compete with more auto-x groups not having the Juke.
Before I dump money on really nice (ie: $$$$$$) wheel/tire set up only too get more risky to the shiny side down. It's still an idea, I might keep the Juke to get risky.

If that is the one I think it is (Jake's Se-r that was problems), I would not touch it.

I've looked at them, but they are the age of rust prone issues up here.

The Si be better car, not arguing that. It's what follows the Si: insurance rates, the stigma, everything else.

Where I live it's (on avg) the highest rates in North America. So it's wildly different here.

Do you still own that Sentra? What's the story man. Had one many moons ago and still miss it.

If you can find one I’ve heard they’re fantastic driver’s cars, but being that they’re Nissans and cheaper than Hondas, they’ve all been driven and modded to within an inch of their lives. Have you looked for Altima SE-Rs? They’re more adult and look fantastic. Unsure how well they’d autox tho ugh, but seem much more daily able.

No LSD in the Altima, & it's a little big for Auto-x.

Nah, younger me paid way too much for it seeing how it was possibly the worst example of a b13 SE-R on the planet. I fixed it up a bit and got sick of it, and it was never going to pass emissions in Ohio so I couldn’t really sell it so I ended up giving it to the other Jake
for $1. He drove up here all the way from Kansas
with a few friends and convoyed back home, all in like 24 hours. He had it for a while and fixed a couple
more things, and if I remember correctly it got flooded and then spun a bearing and died finally.
When it was running it was a super fun car; it was the first car I bought with my own money and I had some adventures with it. I got a GTA as my next car and it was fun in its own way but I’ll always have a place in my heart for b13s.
The engine bay when I bought it vs. when I sold it-

Nice! Sometimes they’re just too far gone.
